30 Days-Money-back-guarrantee

This crazy service is a not as crazy when understanding it’s simply impossible to try a instrument from a distance. You thought you bought the right guitar, and then find out, the neck is not your thing and rather have the one with the wider neck. Well that happens. That’s why we grant a  30-day money-back-guaranteed-no-questions-asked-policy on all new instrument! Exceptions: Used instruments can also be returned but should be on their way back within 48 hours of arrival It does not apply to ‘modified to your preferences’ or ‘custom made’ products.  If you return software or electronics, it must be sealed and in its original, unopened packaging.  We cannot accept returns from outside the European Union due to the high (up to 27%) VAT & custom charges! Of course we expect the instrument to be without sign of use. In case of damage we will consult you on value loss or return the instrument.

Whenever and for whatever reason you want to return an instrument, please contact us, and we'll guide you through the returning process.  Please make sure you return the product in its original packaging including all accessories and be careful to avoid any signs of use!

Every Instrument has it own character, strumming or picking it a few time helps you decide what suits your needs best. But not being able to play it all often holds people back from buying online. So this is what we came up with to help you find the guitar of your dreams: Whenever you cannot make up your mind and doubt between two instruments you can contact us for the Try 2-Buy-1 Service!

We only expect two things from you. Commitment to buy one of the two instruments we send you, and of course paying for the Purchased one! Unless you’re a first time customer, we won’t ask you to pay for both guitars upfront-only one! And we will gladly help you make up your mind which guitars we can pack and send to you.

After payment is received we will send you the guitars of your choice. Try them, and return the one you like the least. The only costs you have are the Shipping costs, there are no other costs involved. Please make sure you return the product in its original packaging including all accessories and be careful to avoid any signs of use other than were allready on the guitar.

When you bought an instrument from us in the past you can TRADE it back and get the SAME PRICE YOU PAID FOR IT! Simply UPGRADE it toward a more expensive instrument! It don’t matter if it is a new, used, or vintage instrument.

Financing an instrument - prepaid Savings plan

We strongly recommend not to finance instruments with a loan. We are perhaps a bit ‘old fashioned’ here but we have seen too many people struggling paying off their debts. On top of that we don’t like banks or financial institutes ‘Bonus’ from your and our money!

Instead of this we offer a unique prepaid-savings-plan. You safe money in a separate account. The pre-paid savings account lets you purchase instruments for the total amount of money in your savings account. No more. However you can end the agreement any time and only pay a one- time fee of €50,00 to cover the legal costs.  If you don’t end it, there are no costs. It’s simple and effective. The Accountholder of your savings account is our Accountant (notTFOA!) This is to avoid any ‘what if’ problems, and guarantees your savings.
