This 2006 Yuriy Shiskov masterbuilt "Blackie" Stratocaster is yet another impressive instrument from Fenders legendary 'Tribute' series of instruments, and a near-perfect and almost unbelievably detailed recreation of Eric Clapton's iconic Stratocaster. This instrument shows true dedication to detail, and is unparalleled in every aspect making it not only an extremely collectable piece, but a true Holy Grail for the ultimate Clapton fan.

Like many of you might already know, the original 'Blackie' (which was sold back in 2004 for $959.500, a bit over $1.3 million dollar in todays money) was made from the best parts of three original 1950s Stratocasters to form Eric's perfect Strat. Like the original this Tribute boasts an extremely comfortable soft "V" shaped maple neck and an alder body, it is extremely lively and punchy both unplugged or through a blonde twin (or any other amp). The three pickups are a custom wound set with staggered pole-pieces made to the exact spec or the original. Included with the sale is an exact replica of the 'Duck Bros' flightcase which also includes a wide array of collectables and extras. This guitar is unplayed and comes from a collector, the package is complete, including BROS case and all the original case candy. Hence this super-rare piece is in rare and absolute mint, collectors condition!
