Framus Billy Lorento 5/120 Red Burst 1950s

Jazz guitarist Billy Lorento was the very first signature artist for Framus. He was also a famed electric guitar pickup designer. The first collaboration for Framus and Billy Lorento was the 5/120 Billy Lorento guitar first built in 1953.

This guitar wears the obvious traces of use like weatherchecking, dings and lacquer chips. It has a maple body with spruce top, Red Burst finish and thick C-shaped neck with ebony fretboard and zero fret. The metal pickguard and tailpiece with engraved 'Billy Lorento' makes this guitar truly retro, and a cool addition for a collector.

In good condition and comes in a TFOA gigbag.
