Hermanos Conde Flamenca Blanca Estudio 1986

This 1986 instrument features Cypress back and sides with a spruce top and a cedar neck with ebony fretboard. This Hermanos Conde Media Luna has a great tone with a big projection, huge volume and a brilliant Flamenco character, with a direct respons and that typical Conde warmth.

Flamenco guitars generally feature a very thin construction of the back and sides and the top which makes it prone to cracks due to low humidity. This Hermanos Conde has undergone restauration and most cracks are repaired, including two cracks one on the bass side and two on the back. This guitar has been restored perfectly and revarnished by Esteban Eijo who is a highly skilled luthier that brought this flamenco guitar back to its former glory. On first glance this guitar looks virtually new.

There are two nailmarks on the right side of the pickguard and a scuff mark below the bridge near the binding. The media Luna headstock is not common on estudio models, and although done very professionally, likely made later. The back of neck has had a lacquer repair around the ninth fret. All repairs on this guitar are on the highest level and almost invisible, however, this one is visible but can't be felt.
