Nick Page Blues Machine One 2016

Nick Page is the artist among the guitar makers: he experiments, crosses borders, takes risks and often comes up with fantastic unique designs. Nick's flair and craftsmanship skills result from the experience and knowledge gained from his many years as a guitar technician. Most people know Nick Page for his electric offset style instruments, but here is a rare Acoustic specimen; a Blues Machine 1 from 2016. This guitar utilizes an offset body shape with the same volume as an Orchestra model guitar. The back and sides are made of east Indian rosewood which has been mated to an alpine spruce top. Unique details include the intricate bindings and inlays, aluminium inserts for the rosette and headstock overlay and the slotted headstock with aged Gotoh 510 tuners. This guitar sound phenomenal with a nicely balanced, punchy and full tonal character. Condition is Very Good; the guitar has had a centerseam split on the top and a small crack on the side near the heel which have both been repaired, otherwise there is just a small amount of playwear and other signs of use. Includes hardshell case.
