Rick Turner RB4FL Renaissance Deluxe Redwood Fretless Bass
Renaissance series instruments serve a much wider frequency range than traditional bass. This 4-string Deluxe model has a 34 "scale, is fretless, has a rosewood fingerboard and a very low weight of only 2.61 kg. This bass is built as an acoustic instrument with curved sides and back made of flamed mahogany, and a beautiful flamed redwood top that is braced, but adds to that a solid cedar center block to cut feedback. A Turner Timberline piezo bridge pickup feeds full-spectrum signals to an 18-volt D-TAR Wavelength pre-amp. The combination of these innovative construction methods truly represents the best way to achieve acoustic tone plugged in.
