In samenwerking met Gibson Custom introduceert Epiphone met trots de 1959 ES-355, een verbluffende recreatie van het iconische ES model uit de legendarische lichting van 1959. Deze gitaar vertegenwoordigt het hoogtepunt van de ES serie en omvat alles, van de afmetingen en contouren tot de ingewikkelde inlegpatronen en geluidservaring.
De 1959 ES-355 heeft een 5-laags gelaagde maple/poplar body met een massief maple middenblok voor verbeterde sustain en weerstand tegen feedback. De mahonie hals uit één stuk heeft een 50s Rounded Medium C profiel en de ebbenhouten toets is versierd met parelmoer blokinleg. De Gibson-stijl "open boek" kop toont de Split Diamond en Epiphone logo inleg van parelmoer. Verder zijn er gouden Grover Rotomatic stemknoppen en het Inspired by Gibson logo met dubbele diamant op de achterkant geëtst.
De 1959 ES-355 wordt aangedreven door een paar handbedrade Gibson Custombuckers, verbonden met CTS potentiometers, Mallory condensatoren en een Switchcraft pickup keuzeschakelaar en output jack.
Deze ES355 uit 2024 ziet er nog bijzonder schoon uit en verkeert dan ook in Near Mint conditie. Hij heeft zeer minimale speelsporen opgelopen op zijn slagplaat. De gitaar wordt geleverd met een bruine en roze hardshell koffer met het Inspired by Gibson Custom logo.

This guitar represents the pinnacle of the ES series, encompassing everything from dimensions and contours to intricate inlay patterns and tonal experience.
The 1959 ES-355 features a five-ply laminated maple and poplar body with a solid maple center block for enhanced sustain and feedback resistance. The one-piece mahogany neck has a 50s Rounded Medium C profile, and the ebony fingerboard is adorned with pearl block inlays. The Gibson-style open-book headstock displays the Split Diamond and Epiphone logo in pearl. Additionally, it comes with gold Grover Rotomatic tuners and the Inspired by Gibson logo with a double diamond engraved on the back.
The 1959 ES-355 is powered by a pair of hand-wired Gibson Custombuckers, connected to CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors, and a Switchcraft pickup selector and output jack.
This ES-355 from 2024 still looks exceptionally clean and is in Near Mint condition. It shows only very minimal playwear on the pickguard. The guitar comes with a brown and pink hardshell case featuring the Inspired by Gibson Custom logo.

Das Gibson-typische offene Kopfplatten-Design zeigt das Split-Diamond und das Epiphone-Logo aus Perlmutt. Zudem verfügt sie über goldene Grover Rotomatic Mechaniken und das Inspired by Gibson Logo mit Doppel-Diamant Gravur auf der Rückseite.
Die 1959 ES-355 wird von einem Paar handverdrahteter Gibson Custombuckers angetrieben, verbunden mit CTS-Potentiometern, Mallory-Kondensatoren und einem Switchcraft-Pickup-Wahlschalter sowie Ausgangsbuchse.
Diese ES-355 aus dem Jahr 2024 sieht noch besonders sauber aus und befindet sich in Near-Mint-Zustand. Auf dem Schlagbrett sind nur minimale Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. Die Gitarre wird mit einem braun-rosa Hardshell-Koffer geliefert, versehen mit dem Inspired by Gibson Custom Logo.
