Built with Swiss Moon Spruce and Mexican Ziricote, this one-of-a-kind instrument features an experimental lattice bracing design, developed specifically for this crossover. Nylon strings behave very differently from steel strings, and I wanted to explore how lattice bracing could be adapted to bring out greater responsiveness, tonal balance and dynamic expression from a nylon-string soundboard. For me, guitar making has always been about questioning established methods, experimenting and learning from every instrument I build. Not every idea needs to follow tradition, and Blue Label gives me the freedom to explore what might be possible. One guitar. A new experiment. Another step forward in my journey as a maker. As with every Blue Label, the artistry goes beyond what the eyes can see. Each soundboard is individually voiced by my hands, bringing together visual expression and acoustic performance.
