Andy Manson is one of Europe's most respected guitar makers, and this archtop demonstrates exactly why his instruments are so coveted by connoisseurs. He built his reputation through decades of refined craftsmanship and innovation, since building his first guitar in England in 1967. Today, some 1,200 guitars later, he lives in Portugal, where he continues to build the finest guitars from his workshop.

This 12-string guitar is a perfect example of Manson's craftsmanship; from the very first notes, you can feel it! The compact body is very comfortable, and thanks to the mahogany neck's Soft V profile, the guitar also plays very smoothly. Manson used top-quality materials in the construction of this guitar, featuring an Alpine spruce top and Madagascar rosewood back and sides. This rosewood is widely praised as the wood that most closely resembles the legendary Brazilian rosewood, both in sound and appearance. Manson has also gone all out with a beautiful maple binding with refined multi-line purfling, a detail that can also be found in the rosette. To emphasize this guitar's premium status, the bridge, fingerboard, and headstock overlay are made of ebony.
