With this 2022 BSG A35F Pro you bring home a fully hand-built acoustic that stops you in your tracks. A cedar top delivers a full, direct tone, while the flamed laurel body makes the guitar an instant eye-catcher too.

BSG stands for Bureš Šťovíček Guitars, a small Czech builder working out of Žamberk since 1999. Master luthier Jan Šťovíček and his team make around two hundred instruments a year, each one by hand. That small scale shows in the details: wooden bindings, fine inlay work and a bone nut and saddle. It has earned BSG a reputation for affordable high-end: professional build quality without the price you might expect from some of its peers.

What makes this A35F Pro special is the wood combination. The cedar top responds easily to a light touch and gives a warm, round tone that opens up almost immediately, lovely for fingerstyle. That top sits on a body of flamed laurel, a wood that comes close to rosewood tonally: a full bottom end with clear, singing highs. The pronounced flame in the wood also makes a striking visual impression!

This 2022 BSG still looks very clean and is in excellent condition. It has picked up only minimal playwear in the form of scratches, and there is a small ding in the finish on the top. It comes supplied in a case with a TFOA Passport.
