Eighty years after the Orchestra Model was first designed, it has become one of the most popular 14 fret shapes for fingerstyle players who want to play on steel strings, while remaining an attractive tool for flatpickers too. Though eventually overtaken in sheer volume by the mighty dreadnought, this shape retains a certain charm and a unique versatility all of its own.

Its compact shape makes it incredibly easy to play both on stage and on the couch, and the relatively shallow body provides a balanced sound with a direct response. The cutaway adds effortless access to the upper frets, making this OM2H even more comfortable for lead lines and higher-register playing.

The back and sides are made of solid East Indian rosewood, paired with a solid sitka spruce top. With this proven combination of woods, the OM2H delivers a clear and balanced sound. Details such as the ivoroid binding and herringbone purfling make the guitar just as attractive to look at.
