This adds to the sound and will also make the guitar sound nicer the longer you have hair, the wood grows and still lives.

To finish it off the guitar also has a 'Classic' Gloss Nitrocellulose lacquer, this ensures that the wood can continue to 'breathe' and more sound comes out, this is a finish that normally does not occur on such guitars.
