Epiphone USA John Lennon Revolution Casino Natural 2005

The Epiphone Revolution Casino is an exact replica of the guitar John Lennon was seen playing during the famous Rooftop concert in London! Epiphone and Gibson USA meticulously studied Lennon’s guitar to accurately replicate every detail, and released the guitar in a limited series of exactly 1965 units.

Lennon’s beloved Casino began life with a sunburst finish, but in 1965 he decided to sand the guitar and apply a thin layer of clear lacquer. He also replaced the tuners, removed the pickguard, and replaced a volume knob. The latter is included in the case to make the look completely complete. Epiphone has beautifully replicated these changes, and these are naturally exactly the details the enthusiast wants to see!

The guitar has some scratches on the back of the body, along with some signs of wear on the chrome hardware. The lacquer on the back of the neck has become shiny from playing, and there are some dents on the edges of the headstock. Finally, the bridge has been replaced with a TonePros unit, but the original bridge is included in the case.
