The Fender Custom Shop Postmodern Stratocaster combines the timeless design of the fifties and sixties with subtle modern improvements that make it even more versatile and comfortable. This 2015 model was built by the Fender Custom Shop and features a stylish Black Journeyman Aged finish. The lightweight ash body, maple neck, and maple fingerboard form a classic combination that guarantees a bright, lively tone with a fast attack and excellent definition. Thanks to the subtle Journeyman Relic treatment, the guitar has the look of a well-maintained vintage instrument without compromising on playing comfort.

Beneath the pickguard are three carefully tuned single coils that deliver the recognizable Stratocaster sound: sparkling cleans, crystal-clear midrange, and a powerful bridge pickup that cuts through a band mix effortlessly. The comfortable C-profile neck with a 9.5-inch fingerboard radius feels instantly familiar and makes both chords and bends effortlessly playable, while the vintage-style tuners and tremolo ensure reliable tuning and accurate intonation. With its balanced weight of just 3.27 kg, this Postmodern Stratocaster is also a particularly comfortable guitar for long rehearsals and performances.

This Fender Custom Shop is in excellent condition. Due to the Journeyman relic, signs of wear are difficult to distinguish, but we can say with certainty that the guitar is exceptionally clean! It is a high-quality Stratocaster that combines the look and character of a beloved vintage guitar with the reliability and playability of a modern Custom Shop instrument.
