This Larrivée SD60 is a delightful guitar that boasts a beautiful deep sound thanks to its large body size, yet is surprisingly comfortable to play. Larrivée Guitars is known for its unparalleled craftsmanship and dedication to quality for good reason.

The Larrivée SD60 is a 12-fret dreadnought with slope shoulders that, thanks to its 385 mm lower bout, feels like an OM-sized guitar but has the sound of a large dreadnought. An enlarged soundhole provides a significantly more powerful midrange, emphasizing the low tones and increasing the overall volume.

The Larrivée Traditional Series was designed with two goals in mind. First, to create an instrument with traditional 'vintage' features such as a flat-top headstock, a hand-carved volute, and diamond-shaped inlays. But at the same time, to retain the unique tonal balance of the standard Larrivée symmetrical parabolic bracing system.

This SD60 was built in 2005 and is in excellent condition. There is a lacquer chip on the binding of the lower bout of the top, along with some light playing marks on the body. Light signs of use can also be found on the back of the neck and on the headstock, but overall the guitar looks exceptionally neat. An absolute quality guitar that rivals the big names in the guitar world!
