Serracini Grand Auditorium Custom Italian Spruce Rosewood 2020

This Grand Auditorium model with Venetian cutaway was built by Italian luthier Davide Serracini. The Grand Auditorium is his most highly regarded model thanks to its versatility, offering a wonderful sound with deep bass, solid mids and brilliant highs, while keeping every note clear and defined.

Serracini drew early inspiration from legendary builders such as Torres, Stauffer and Hauser, and applies classical guitar construction techniques to his modern fingerstyle guitars. He redesigned the Spanish heel construction for steel-string guitars to achieve a strong bass response and clear notes across a wide range of playing styles.

Based on the model played by Italian fingerstyle guitarist Luca Stricagnoli, this guitar features a beautiful Italian spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides. Classical guitar-inspired details, including the rosette, complete its elegant appearance.

Built in 2020, the guitar shows some playwear in the French polish finish around the soundhole. Otherwise, it is in beautiful condition and is truly a unique, top-quality instrument!

This guitar has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
