Taylor T5S Sunburst 2007

This 2007 Taylor T5 Standard is a guitar that doesn't have to choose between acoustic and electric. Its sitka spruce top sits on a thinline hollow sapele body, while two humbuckers and an acoustic body sensor give you everything from warm acoustic tones to clean and driven electric sounds. The five way switch lets you move between those worlds in an instant, making it a remarkably versatile guitar on stage and at home.

Taylor introduced the T5 in 2005 as a new kind of hybrid guitar, built for players who want the response of an acoustic and the freedom of an electric in one instrument. Its body takes its silhouette from Taylor's Grand Auditorium, giving it a familiar, comfortable feel. The T5 has since grown into one of Taylor's most recognisable models and lives on today as the T5z.

This 2007 T5 is in excellent condition. It shows some signs of play in the form of small scratches and dings, including a few longer, more noticeable lines of small dings on the top. Light playing marks are also spread across the body, the neck and the pickguard. On the back of the headstock, near the top, there is a very faint MH impression, most likely left by a sticker at some point.

This guitar has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
