The O is Lowden's original jumbo body, and this O32 pairs a solid Sitka spruce top with solid Indian rosewood back and sides. Its signature dolphin bracing lets the top move freely and open up, which is a big part of why these guitars sound so rich and harmonically complex; qualities a 12-string only amplifies. The Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood combination gives this O32 a full, wide voice with deep lows and clear, singing highs, and across twelve strings that translates into a rich, chiming shimmer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter three decades this Lowden has aged remarkably well. It's extremely clean and, aside from a small ding on the back of the body and some very light play wear on the top, it looks almost new. At some point a piezo pickup was fitted, so it is also ready for the stage or studio.
