At the top of the Macon range is the Macon Carved Top, this example showing off a stunning Tea Burst finish.

This beautiful guitar is Patrick’s interpretation of a classic and features a range of clever details that make this instrument both ergonomic and visually appealing. The flamed maple binding, mother-of-pearl Trapezoid fingerboard inlays and ebony headstock give this guitar a striking appearance, while the Medium ‘C’ mahogany neck and shaped heel and body provide great playability and easy access to the higher frets.

The Macon features high-quality hardware and superb hand-wound pickups from Mojo Pickups, specially chosen by Patrick for clarity, separation and extended highs and lows. The controls are in the form of a traditional dual volume/dual tone control with a three-way switch.

This 2026 example is in very good condition. Notably, the neck was given a satin finish at a later stage. This was not done by Patrick James Eggle. The satin finish makes the neck feel smooth and fast under your hand. Apart from that, there are only light signs of play in the form of small scratches. Overall, the guitar looks clean.

This guitar has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.

It comes in a hardshell case.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0960/6607/7019/files/PatrickJamesEggleMaconCTTeaBurst2026-3.jpg?v=1793800489
