Emeric Beaujouan 000-45 #10 2006

Emeric Beaujouan started his career of stringed instrument maker approximately fifteen years ago and after an apprenticeship at Franck Cheval he got his own workshop in 2006 where he has been built acoustic guitars and electric basses ever since. This 000-45 from his hand was built in 2006 and was based on the original 000-45 model by Martin Guitars which became well known because Stephen Stills used one in the 1970s. Features include Indian Rosewood back and sides, a European spruce top, 45-style edge bindings and purflings with stunning abalone details, amazingly comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck, ebony fretboard with abalone style-45 inlays, slotted headstock with Rosewood headstock overlay and abalone torch inlay, Waverly tuners with ivoroid buttons and rosewood pyramid bridge. This guitar is perfect for many styles of music including blues, bluegrass and folk. And despite it's relative small body size it has a powerful, rich and warm character. Condition is excellent with signs of use and dings in the finish. 650mm (25 9/16") scale length, 45mm (1 3/4") nutwidth, 56mm (2 3/16") string spacing. Includes original hardshell case.
