Gibson ES335 Sunburst 1959 Super Clean

This exceptionally clean Gibson ES-335 from 1959 is in an absolute vintage mint condition. All the pot dates read '59 except for the one that's from '58, it has all the original wiring, knobs, plastics, and the original tuners, however the crumbled knobs have been replaced for vintage-correct ones. The frets are original and in a respectfully good condition, this also means that the bindings have never been taken off.

It has the original PAF humbuckers that have never been opened, and they harmonize well with the matured woods of this vintage ES. The sound, either amplified or unplugged, is so warm, welcoming and appealing it hardly can be put to words. It has had an sideways vibrola installed in the past which has left a snakebite mark, only on the bottom and not on the top. Now it has been converted to the original Tune-O-Matic bridge configuration.

This '59 is collector owned and has been stored for over 20 years which has protected it's unbelievably clean condition. However, if you hold and hear this guitar, you get the feeling that it has been played every day since the day it left the Gibson Kalamazoo plant, way back in 1959.
