Gibson Firebird Custom Ebony Fingerboard Gloss Ebony
The Gibson Firebird features a unique and distinctive styling that was considered radical at the time of its introduction in 1963. This edition from the Gibson Custom Shop is a modern interpretation of the so-called reverse model of the offset-shaped Firebird, with the lower horn being longer than the upper one.
Finished in a glossy black lacquer combined with the gold-coloured hardware, this Firebird Custom is an extremely stylish appearance that can hold its own in any musical setting. The two powerful humbuckers provide a rich palette of tones; from full, rich tones from the neck pickup to firm, lively sounds from the bridge pickup, and everything in between.
Mother of pearl inlays on the fingerboard, white multi-layer binding on the mahogany body and neck, and a black pickguard with the iconic Firebird logo complete the beautiful appearance of this guitar. The Firebird Custom comes in a hardshell case accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
