Martin D12 28 1975 K&K Trinity

This is one of those vintage instruments that not only sound and play great, but also looks really good! This Martin D12-28 is from 1975, has no cracks, and is exceptionally clean. It only has a couple of small traces of use and playwear. The saddle is a bit low and the bridge has been sanded down. The original bridgeplate is present and is made of rosewood which all Martins from 1968 featured until 1988. The guitar has it's original Grover 6-on-a-plate tuners, which all work perfectly.

It's no surprise that the D12-28 was a standard choice of many professional musicians. For example, Tom Petty used a D12-28 on his first solo record 'Full Moon Fever'. The sound is what you expect a D12-28 to sound like. A little more focused than the 12-string jumbos with tight lows, pronounced mids and very clear, shimmery highs. This tone is translated very well through the K&K Trinity pickup.

Comes in a non-original case with TFOA passport.
