Martin D28 1967
Known for its booming projection and tone, since its introduction in 1931, the Martin D28 has been one of the best known and most trusted models played by guitarists around the world.
This 1967 D28 beautifully demonstrates the big, full sound of the mighty dreadnought. Not only does it sound like it's been well played, it looks that way too! This is mainly visible in the playwear on the top, which also has a repaired crack. The back of the body has had a light overspray, while the finish on the neck has been removed, and a piezo pickup has been built in.
The mahogany neck features a newer ebony fingerboard. As a result, both the nut and bridge have been moved slightly backwards, which in turn means that this D28 has a slightly longer scale length of 25.5 inches. Despite this change, the playability is still excellent and the guitar is in good condition.
Comes in a hardshell case with TFOA passport.
