Gibson SG Cherry P90 Vibrola 1967

When the original Les Paul evolved into the Les Paul/SG Standard in 1961, it ushered in a new lineup of sleek double-cutaway guitars that would become legendary in their own right, with rock and blues players in particular. This excellent condition SG from 1967 with serial: #007415 carries a pair of screaming original P-90 pickups, a favorite of Pete Townshend, Robby Krieger, and other rock greats. The result is a popular alternative tone in a guitar with classic looks and specs, at the fraction of the cost (and a 'fraction' of the weight) of a Les Paul with similar setup from this era. This one also has the beloved old Vibrola Tailpiece. It has some battle scars all over its body, well, the expected wear for a guitar of this age and a repaired input-jack/pothole crack. Please call or contact us via mail for a precise description. Comes with case.
