This guitar dates back to the 1920s, manufacterer OSCAR SCHMIDT, JERSEY CITY, lower end Supertones were built by Harmony(stencil guitars etc) and higher end exclusively by Oscar Schmidt. This is a size 1 parlor, meaning just a tadd smaller than Martin's 0-28.

Features on this very rare 1920s parlor include solid Koa back and sides, solid spruce top, mahogany neck, the guitar is ladderbraced and sounds a million.other high end features include ebony fingerboard with silver nickel frets and pearl inlays, ebonised maple bridge plus inlays, fancy pearl bindings and inlays, ivory binding along fingerboard, original tuners, new white and black pins and endpin, 47.5mm (1 7/8") nut width and a scale of 610mm, stringspacing 56mm, with what looks like an original case.
