Martin 2-17 12 fret converted vintage 1927 Exceptional Condition

This is a recently converted all-mahogany 1927 Martin 2-17H in Exceptional Condition with original finish, and it's truly in  amazing condition, meaning no cracks or misuse. It's converted by our repair shop from Hawaiian (lap) steel to a normal guitar, meaning it got a neck reset, new bridge and new Bar frets, new nut and saddle by us, and it plays impressive with low action. 47.5 mm or 1-7/8" nut, 625mm or 615mm or 24.2" short scale, soft V neck. And it's amazing in every aspect being crack free, set up perfectly. This guitar has amazing tone and produces a sweet warm matured tone that is beyound comparance. Possibly one of the cleanest on earth. Size 2 is small, measures 12 Inch at the lower bout: (approx. 305mm) With replacement Case.
