Lakewood M-54 BR-GS, 1997, Near Mint

Lakewood M-54, Brazilian rosewood (with CITES permit) European spruce, case, NM condition with some minor signs of use. Made by Martin Seeliger and his crew in Germany, Some would call it OM model with deeper Body-size, other would prefer calling it a Auditorium size. This is a  high end handmade guitar with 2 piece Tropical Rosewood Back and sides- no longer available from Lakewood, included is a CITES passport. Other features include a colorful mastergrade European spruce top with lots of red in the grain, Mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard with no inlays, ebony Bridge, Full abalone style '41' trim and soundhole inlay, Tropical rosewood peghead veneer with Pearl "lakewood" inlay, colorful wood binding. These guitars are not only Loud and strong, but also produce magnificent overtones, piano-like sparkle and a depth that is overwhelming. This is a masterpiece of German craftmanship, rich, and clear but with that certain extra that separates it from the rest. The original case is with the guitar.
