As befits the Custom Shop, tradition and modern playability meet in this Jazz Bass.

The Jazz Bass emerged from the foundation that the Precision Bass had already laid and caused another revolution with an offset body, narrow nut and extra neck pickup. This '63 Jazz Bass exhibits historically correct features such as vintage Jazz Bass pickups with two pole pieces per string, giving the bass a jazzy sound.

As befits the Custom Shop, tradition and modern playability meet in this Jazz Bass. This instrument uses a 2-piece alder body and maple neck with a '60 J Bass U-shaped' neck profile. In addition, it shines thanks to the Faded Aged Sonic Blue finish with, of course, the famous Fender Custom Shop Journeyman Relic. And of course the matching headstock is always a welcome addition!
