Paramount 1933 Tricone Brushed Nickel

Around 1930, the Czech Dopyera brothers developed a completely new instrument, the resonator guitar. So a new sound was born that found its way to the rock and blues scene. For guitarists like Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler and slide heroes like Sonny Landreth, resophonics are standard instruments and can be heard in many of their songs.

As the name suggests, it has three cones with a diameter of 6 inch each and are installed under the integrated cover plate, which is attached to a T style spider bridge. Compared to single cones, tricones have a little less volume, but more sustain.

Includes a softshell case with TFOA passport.
