Suhr's approach to the classic 'Brownface' amps is, thanks to the years of experience of the Suhr team, a genuine, faithful, and modern iteration of the amps that John Suhr fell in love with. The great thing about the Suhr Hombre is the amount of range this amp has to offer in tone control. The clean sound of this amplifier can certainly be called classic, with a beautiful rendition of the high frequencies. but make no mistake, the Suhr Hombre can be a snappy little combo! The Hombre wants to be pushed to the point of breaking up, this is where the amp comes to life and resurrects the sounds of the 70s Blues Rock. The Dynamic Tube-Bias Tremolo is a rare piece of engineering that produces a sound that you will not easily encounter, and that simply cannot be copied. The Hombre features a ~ 20-watt 6V6 power section, and has a lightweight cabinet with 12 "Celestion V-Type speaker.
