Vacancy: Finance Manager

🎸 Would you like to help shape the financial future of Europe’s most inspiring guitar shop? The Fellowship of Acoustics is a growing family business with an international client base. We are looking for a Financial Manager (32-40 hours) to professionalise our financial operations, contribute strategic insights and ensure control, clarity and growth.

The role
As Financial Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a solid financial foundation and driving the strategic development of our organisation. You will ensure reliable figures, sharp analyses and clear management information. You will act as a sparring partner to the management team and bring structure, stability and progress to our financial processes.

Your responsibilities
•    Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
•    Analysing results, margins, cash flow and KPIs.
•    Advising the management team on opportunities, risks and improvements.
•    Optimising financial processes, administration and internal controls.
•    Professionalising reporting and data-driven decision-making.
   Supporting department heads with financial insights and coaching.
•    Contributing ideas on commercial strategy, pricing and profit optimisation.

You bring
•    Higher National Diploma (HND) level of working and thinking, with a background in finance.
•    Experience as a financial manager, controller or business controller.
•    Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
•    Strong communication skills, a collaborative nature and the ability to provide direction.
•    A hands-on mindset: you think strategically but are also capable of getting things done yourself.
Experience in retail is an advantage.
