Bulas Standard Resonator Banjo

Bułas Instruments is a Polish workshop with a growing reputation for beautifully made banjos, and this Standard 5-string resonator banjo shows exactly why. It is a handmade instrument with the looks, the build quality and the tone to keep bluegrass and old-time players very happy.

A maple rim with a cast bronze tonering and a Remo frosted head gives it that bright, punchy, cutting banjo voice with plenty of volume and projection. The curly maple neck and African ebony fingerboard feel great under the hand, and the whole instrument is finished in a warm Tobacco Sunburst with high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer. The Bułas diamond inlays and cream binding are a lovely touch.

Gotoh tuners, a Kershner-style tailpiece and tasteful nickel hardware complete a seriously well-appointed banjo. Comes supplied in a hardshell case.

This banjo has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
