Fender Custom Shop 1951 Nocaster Black Journeyman Relic

The Nocaster is one of the most memorable models in Fender's history, and this guitar, thanks to the Journeyman Relic from the Fender Custom Shop, looks like it's already well played in!

Made by the skilled hands of craftsmen in the Fender Custom Shop, each 51 Nocaster is a work of art in itself. With a subtle Journeyman Relic, this guitar feels like it has been on stage for decades.

The Fender Nocaster is a special legend and has an interesting history, but the model has not always gone by the same name. Indeed, during its first production, the model was called Broadcaster, but this was soon changed because Gretsch owned the rights. After that, the model was famously called ‘Telecaster’, whereupon models without a type designation were renamed Nocaster by enthusiasts.

Bursting at the seams with early ‘50s style and comfort, this Custom Shop Nocaster features two Fender Custom Shop ’51 Nocaster pickups surrounded by a single-layer black pickguard. The ‘Nocaster U’ neck with 7.25-inch radius fingerboard sits nicely in the hand and gives you a playing experience very close to the originals. This is therefore the reason why you can still encounter a Telecaster on every conceivable stage these days!

The guitar comes with TFOA passport in a hardshell case.
