This 2017 Fender Custom Shop 1962 Jazzmaster is a left-handed beauty, finished in an eye-catching Vintage Blonde that you do not often see on a Jazzmaster. Paired with an anodized metal pickguard, it makes for a genuinely striking take on Fender's classic offset.

Built by the Fender Custom Shop as a faithful tribute to the 1962 Jazzmaster, it features an ash body, a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and an authentic 62 Jazzmaster profile. Light relicing gives it a wonderfully broken-in look and feel, with all the character and vibe of a genuinely old guitar, straight from the Custom Shop.

A pair of hand-wound J Master pickups deliver that unmistakable Jazzmaster voice: warm, full and jangly with a beautifully complex top end. The classic dual-circuit wiring, with lead and rhythm circuits selectable via the circuit switch alongside the standard volume, tone and three-way, offers a wide range of tones, from bright and cutting to smooth and mellow. The RSD bridge and Jazzmaster tremolo round out the vintage-correct package and keep everything stable and expressive.

Being left-handed makes a Custom Shop Jazzmaster like this especially hard to find. It is in excellent condition and, at just 3.3 kg, wonderfully comfortable to play. It comes complete with its Certificate of Authenticity, a hardshell case and a TFOA Passport.
