This Gibson 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS is a stunning tribute to the iconic Les Paul ‘Burst’ from the late 1950s, a legendary instrument. This model is an incredibly accurate reproduction, with the authentic feel and sound you would expect from a Gibson Custom Shop guitar!

Featuring a traditional one-piece mahogany body and a 'plain' maple top, the Gibson 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS comes to life. The mahogany neck has the characteristic 50s Rounded Medium C-shape, which provides a comfortable grip with the robust vintage look of the 50s. Complimented by an Indian Rosewood fingerboard, this neck offers a smooth playing experience that gives the entire instrument its authentic charm.

For the legendary Les Paul tone, the guitar is equipped with two Gibson Custombucker pickups, faithfully replicating the famous PAF humbuckers of the original Les Pauls from the 50s. With Alnico III magnets and un-waxed coils, this guitar delivers a lively vintage tone, from bright, sparkling chords to fuller, chunky distortion for blues, jazz, and rock! The hand-wired CTS 3-way circuit offers smooth response with separate volume and tone controls for each pickup.

The vintage-style hardware package of this guitar is just as impressive as its sound and build quality. The No-Wire ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and aluminum stopbar tailpiece ensure precise intonation and flawless playability, while the Kluson tuners with single-line and single-ring wings provide perfect stability and tuning accuracy.
