The 56 T draws directly from the guitars that defined the mid-fifties: the same butterscotch blonde finish, black pickguard, maple neck and fingerboard that gave those early solidbodies their bright, cutting character. The heavy aging here isn't just cosmetic. The checked lacquer, worn edges and honest playwear make it feel like an instrument with decades of stories already behind it.

A pair of Kauffmann SOW T single-coils sits at the heart of the tone, running through a classic volume, tone and three-way switch layout. Expect the full T-style range: a bright bridge, a rounder, woodier neck position and plenty of that signature spark in between. The light paulownia body adds an airy, open resonance you notice the moment you strum.
