Lowden F25c Indian Rosewood Cedar 2006

The Lowden F25c is part of Lowden’s Original Series, the range that marked the beginning of this renowned guitar brand. The F25c is a mid-sized guitar, but its modest appearance does little to suggest the scale of its sound. It produces a powerful, full voice with exceptionally clear projection that makes a lasting impression.

Thanks to its focused tonal character, this guitar is ideal for fingerstyle players looking to bring precision and nuance to their music. The convenient cutaway provides effortless access to the highest frets, considerably expanding the range of your playing.

Lowden is known for using the finest tonewoods, carefully selected and matched to the highest standards. This F25c pairs the rich, full sound of Indian rosewood back and sides with the warm, responsive tones of a solid cedar top. The result is a sound that is both powerful and refined, with an excellent balance between deep bass and sparkling treble.

This 2006 Lowden is in very good condition. Over the years, the guitar has acquired some playwear and dings, while the matte finish has become glossier in places from playing. The guitar has also been refretted, leaving it ready for many more years of playing enjoyment!

This guitar has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
