In these instruments he combines traditional techniques with new and more modern insights that have all found their way into this Zenith classical guitar.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis guitar uses a solid cedar top with beautiful rosewood bindings, an intriguing and very nicely detailed marquetry rosette and a semi-cutaway of Brazilian rosewood for easier access to all 24 frets. The back and sides are also made of Brazilian rosewood with the back being hand carved and doubled with a cypress \"floating back\" construction.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn terms of appearance, the neck appears to be made entirely of ebony, but it is in fact a cedar neck laminated with ebony that has been finished matte on the back to give an unparalleled \"smooth\" feel. In terms of sound, this guitar is just as impressive as its appearance. It responds to the lightest touch, projects like a cannon and offers a rich, full tonal response with a very pleasant warm character. The unique combination of both tradition and innovation in this guitar could only have come from the mind of a true master builder.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis Zenith by Menno Bos was built in 2019 and looks very clean, although it has some play and use marks and light weather checking, especially on the top and body. The guitar is also equipped with a small pickguard. Nevertheless, the guitar is still in excellent condition and comes with CITES in a hardshell case.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis guitar has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier.
