The combination of Indian rosewood sides and back with a Sitka spruce top is a tried and tested recipe: the rosewood provides rich overtones and a full bass, while the spruce lends the guitar clarity and a balanced response.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eConsidering its age, this Morgan still looks very clean, but it does have a repaired center seam crack on the top behind the bridge. There are some dings to be found on the top, as well as light signs of wear on the body and neck. Furthermore, there are two spots of crackle on the rosette, and on the back of the body, air has gotten under the lacquer at the binding of the upper bout on the treble side.
