This signature bass is available in both fretted and fretless versions, each with a sound and feel that are instantly recognizable as Pino. The combination of a poplar body in '79 Burst, a dark-tinted maple neck with a thin rosewood fingerboard, and an asymmetrical neck profile gives this bass not only a vintage look but also a unique playing comfort that remains true to the original.

The specially developed humbucker, with shorter pole pieces like those used in the late 1970s, works perfectly with the modified preamp, which approximates the warm and defined character of Pino's original electronics. Furthermore, this bass is equipped with brass saddles, a GraphTech NuBone nut, and an Artist Series neck plate.
