National Resolectric Sunburst 2008

National's Resolectric model is a fantastic blend of a full-fledged acoustic resonator and a comfortable, vintage-inspired semi-hollow electric guitar.

Founded in California in 1927, National is still going strong in the 'Golden State' as it approaches its centennial. They continue to build their instruments with the same love and care as always, utilizing materials of exceptional quality.

The body of this 2008 model is crafted from a stunning piece of mahogany featuring subtle yet deep figuring. The top is made from a magnificent set of flamed maple, and the matching flamed maple neck boasts a striking pearloid headstock veneer. It features a P90 pickup in the neck position and a versatile piezo pickup at the bridge.

A preamp is installed to effectively blend the pickups. Three volume controls (Neck, Bridge, and Master) allow for precise sound shaping, while a three-way switch enables quick pickup selection.

The guitar shows various signs of play on the body, primarily along the edges and on the back. There are also traces of use on the back of the neck and on the hardware, but overall, it remains in excellent condition for an 18-year-old instrument.

This guitar has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
