Over the decades, Patrick James Eggle has built a reputation for designing and building some of the finest guitars in the world, some of which have been owned by icons such as Toni Iommi, Albert Lee and Rory Gallagher, to name a few!

The Macon is a model by Patrick James Eggle that has been highly sought after since its introduction. At the top of the Macon range is the Macon Carved Top, this example showing off a stunning Tea Burst finish.

This beautiful guitar is Patrick’s interpretation of a classic and features a range of clever details that make this instrument both ergonomic and visually appealing. The flamed maple binding, mother-of-pearl Trapezoid fingerboard inlays and ebony headstock give this guitar a striking appearance, while the Medium ‘C’ mahogany neck and shaped heel and body provide great playability and easy access to the higher frets.

The Macon features high-quality hardware and superb hand-wound pickups from Mojo Pickups, specially chosen by Patrick for clarity, separation and extended highs and lows. The controls are in the form of a traditional dual volume/dual tone control with a three-way switch. Supplied in a hardshell case with a certificate of authenticity.
