PRS SE Hollowbody II Sunburst 2021

The PRS SE Hollowbody II brings the look, feel and versatility of PRS's celebrated Hollowbody design to a more accessible level, and this 2021 example is finished in a beautiful Tri Color Sunburst over flame maple. Fully hollow and lightweight, it is a wonderfully resonant and expressive guitar.

The Hollowbody II is built with a beveled maple top and back, both capped with flame maple veneer, over mahogany sides, giving it a rich, airy and harmonically complex voice. At just 3 kg it is light and comfortable, and the fully hollow construction adds warmth and a lively, almost acoustic character whether played unplugged or amplified. The mahogany neck with its Wide Fat profile, ebony fingerboard and 25" scale feels substantial yet fast.

A pair of PRS 58/15 "S" humbuckers sits at the heart of the guitar, wired to a volume, tone and three way toggle. These pickups are known for their clarity, balance and vintage flavoured warmth, moving effortlessly from smooth, woody jazz tones to punchy, singing leads, while the hollow body adds air and bloom to every note. A PRS adjustable stoptail keeps tuning stable and makes setup easy.

It is in excellent condition and still very clean, showing only some very light scratches on the back of the body. It comes with a hardshell case and a TFOA Passport.

This instrument has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
