Rickenbacker 660 FireGlo 2025

The Rickenbacker 660 sits among the most eye-catching guitars Rickenbacker builds, and in this warm FireGlo finish it is a real statement piece. From its bound body and neck to that unmistakable Rickenbacker outline, it looks every bit as special as it sounds.

Rickenbacker has a sound all its own, the jangly, chiming voice that defined so much of the music of the sixties and that countless players have chased ever since. The 660 carries that heritage forward, built in the USA to the exacting standards that have made the brand a favourite of players who want an instrument with real character.

Its charactered maple body and neck are finished in that classic FireGlo, with white binding and black and white purfling framing the top. Two vintage toaster-top single-coils deliver the signature Rickenbacker chime, bright and articulate with plenty of sparkle, while the control layout of two volumes, two tones, a three-way toggle and a blend knob opens up a wide range of voicings. The wide rosewood fingerboard and thin D profile neck, RIC Deluxe tuners and trapeze tailpiece round out a guitar that is pure Rickenbacker through and through.

This 2025 Rickenbacker 660 is in excellent condition. It still looks very clean and shows only minimal marks in the form of some light scratches to the hardware, body and neck. It is supplied in its hardshell case with a TFOA Passport.
