Santa Cruz VJ Vintage Jumbo Sunburst 2012

The style and quality of Santa Cruz are fully expressed in this Vintage Jumbo! The Advanced Jumbo, the J45, and the iconic Epiphone Texan from the early 60s were the coolest accessories an aspiring cowboy singer could aspire to. Because it is Santa Cruz’s style to interpret rather than copy, the Vintage Jumbo model combines the essence of the coolness of its predecessors with built-in improvements resulting from decades of guitar building experience at SCGC.

Inspired by the classic rounded-shoulder dreadnoughts of the 40s, the model is infused with the signature Santa Cruz volume, balance, and complexity to create a guitar suitable for a wide range of styles. The VJ bursts with deep, rich bass and sweet highs that come into their own especially when playing chords.

This 2012 Vintage Jumbo is in very good condition and has had a neck reset. There are a few dings on the top, along with light playing marks on the back and sides. Furthermore, the matte lacquer on the back of the neck has become shiny from playing, and there is a lacquer chip on the front of the headstock. Nevertheless, it is a well-maintained and clean instrument, ready to provide you with much playing pleasure!
