This Stevens CA Custom from 2023 is a hand-built 000 that pairs a striking bear-claw spruce top with flamed walnut back and sides. Finished with abalone diamond inlays and rosewood binding, and in excellent condition, it offers boutique tone and comfort that punch well above its price.

Stevens Custom Guitars has been building handmade instruments in Munich since 1993 and today ranks among the largest master luthier workshops in Europe, where every guitar is made to order from hand-selected tonewoods. The 000 body shape at the heart of this instrument is one of the most versatile designs around: smaller and more focused than a dreadnought, it is equally at home for fingerstyle, gentle strumming and recording, with a comfortable feel that keeps you playing for hours.

The bear-claw spruce top and scalloped X-bracing give this 000 a responsive, dynamic voice with clear trebles and a tight, focused low end, while the flamed walnut back and sides add warmth and a rich midrange.

This Stevens from 2023 still looks exceptionally clean and has only picked up a few light scratches; it is in excellent condition. It ships in its hardshell case, together with a custom spec booklet and TFOA passport.
