Taylor 510 Mahogany Spruce 1994

This 1994 Taylor 510 combines a mahogany body with a spruce top in the familiar dreadnought shape, resulting in a tone that is both warm and powerful.

The 500 Series is one of Taylor’s oldest ranges and is known as the “mahogany line”, with the 510 being the dreadnought model within the series. The combination of mahogany and spruce gives this 510 a woody, warm character while still providing enough clarity and definition to keep chords and individual notes clearly separated. This 510 is equipped with a Fishman piezo pickup.

Over the years, this Taylor has developed natural playing wear, including some dents and scratches that are visible across the instrument, this Taylor remains in very good condition.. In addition, there are some light greenish discolorations beneath the finish in several areas on the sides and back. 

Technically, the guitar is in great condition, and thanks to its extensive use, the instrument has developed a beautifully matured tone with the characteristic warmth and resonance you expect from a well-played guitar. Comes with a case and TFOA passport.
