Yamaha SA2200 Vintage Sunburst 2013

The 2013 Yamaha SA2200 is a high-quality Japanese semi-hollow guitar that builds upon the legacy of the 1977 SA2000. Its 16-inch body is constructed from laminated sycamore with a solid maple center block, while the stunning Vintage Sunburst finish adds extra character. The mahogany neck features an ebony fretboard with Mother of Pearl split-block inlays. A comfortable C-shaped profile and a 43mm nut width ensure a pleasant and versatile playing experience.

Two humbuckers deliver a broad, dynamic tonal palette, ranging from warm, full sounds to bright, direct tones. Thanks to the coil-split function, both pickups can be switched to single-coil mode, allowing the SA2200 to easily adapt to various musical styles. High-quality hardware including a Gotoh Tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, and Gotoh tuners completes the package. With its combination of Japanese build quality, versatile electronics, and classic semi-hollow aesthetic, the SA2200 is a refined instrument suited for both stage and studio.

This Yamaha shows light signs of play on the pickguard and the back of the body, but overall, it is in excellent condition. A fine, top-quality instrument!
