Elke Jet BT begint met een geselecteerde mahoniehouten body met esdoorn top die een sterk, gebalanceerd middenbereik produceert, terwijl de chambered body een soepele attack en uitgebreide bandbreedte levert die opmerkelijk breed en harmonisch rijk is.
Dit krachtige platform wordt aangedreven door geheel nieuwe Gretsch Broad'Tron BT65 pickups. Ontworpen door de beroemde Tim Shaw, legt de BT65 nauwgezet het sonische palet van de gitaar vast en reproduceert krachtige middentonen, uitgebreide lage tonen en een uitzonderlijk helder, maar toch soepel hoog.
